Project title:Improvement Good Governance Implementation at Rural Level (IGIR) Funds awarded:US$ 14,995 Areas of Implementation:Srey Sonthaor, Chom Kaloe, Prey Chhor, and Kong Meas districts in Kampong Cham Province. Implementation period:March – August 2010 Project summary:PSAD’s project aims to improve the quality of local service delivery by undertaking detailed monitoring of commune council performance using a detailed monitoring framework. The project involves commune councils and civil society in local-level monitoring. |
