20 Communes in 11 provinces; Chhveang and Koh Khsach Tonlea (Kandal); Chheu Tom (Pursat); Tapon (Battambang); Boeung Touk (Kampot); Sangkat Dangkor (Phnom Penh); Sala Kamroeuk, Kok Chak, Kampong Klaing, Tbeng, and Slor Kram (Siem Reap); Preah Nipean, Taing Scha, Tumpor Meas, and Voil Sor (Kampong Speu); Angkanh (Takeo); Russei Keo (Kratie); Chi Thoch (Prey Veng); Treal, and Tumpaing Russei (Kampong Thom).

Project summary:

The project will broadcast a radio talk-show in 20 communes throughout Cambodia to promote access to information. The show promotes constructive dialogue between local government and citizens to improve service delivery.
