Project summary:

BSDA’s project is working to strengthen state and non-state cooperation at the commune-level by increasing the flow of meaningful communication via community information boards, the surveying of citizen satisfaction with service delivery through implementing a CRC, and the facilitation of public fora to bring civil society and elected officials together to exchange ideas and co-contribute to the local development process.
