Areas of Implementation:
Takeo (31 communes)
January 2012 – December 2012
The project assists good governance practices of health centers to improve service responsiveness. The project does this by strengthening the capacity of local commune council members and health center management committees to implement the community score card (CSC) on 20 health centers across 31 communes. Civil society and health centers will use the results from the CSC to identify strategies and create action plans to improve services in health centers. The project partners with local health centers, health center management committees, commune councils, and civil society members to achieve outcomes.
