Implementation period:March 2010 – March 2011 Project summary:COWS is working to promote participation at the commune level by training local facilitators to undertake a PRA to prioritize local development needs. The results will be consolidated into a presentation format, and presented to commune councilors for incorporation into the village development planning process (VDP). |
